This is a very articulate analysis of all the obstacles in a seemingly win win MOU.
You’ve shed lots of light on what it really involves.
Let’s hope that it at least improves relations between The Federal Government, Alberta and the Indigenous people. These stakeholders now need to move the needle and propose initiatives to make it happen in the most environmentally sound way. Expedite rather than fight!
