Maybe bypass BC altogether and flow oil through Oregon and Washington State for Asian export…No veto issues, bypass Ottawa red rape and likely have some willing partners.

I think you’re the same Andrew Roman I debated with in Grade 11. We (Engineering) also beat the Arts faculty at McGill for the first time in history.
What do you think of the Vacant Unit Tax? Bill Carroll (CFRA Radio Commentator) thinks it might be unconstitutional. Maybe it’s not worth worrying about?
